个人简介
聂长明,男,1961年生,湖南衡山人,工学博士,南华大学二级教授,博士生导师。2009-2010年法国图卢兹三大法国国家科学研究中心配合物研究所访问学者,2005-2006年日本早稻田大学理工研究院访问学者。中国核学会锕系化学会理事,第九届、第十届湖南省化学化工学会副理事长。2008年获湖南省优秀博士学位论文奖,2008年获全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖。
教育部国家精品课程评审专家,全国普通高等院校工科化学规划精品教材编委会委员,国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家。湖南省高教系列高级职称评委,湖南省研究系列高级职称评委,湖南、湖北、吉林、辽宁、福建、江西、北京、广东等省市自然科学基金评审专家,吉林、湖北、江西、湖南、广东等省科学技术奖评审专家。国际知名刊物《Separation and Purification Technology》,《Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers》,《Inorganic Chemistry》, 《Archive de Pharmzie》, 《Nanomedicine》, 《Dalton Transactions》, 《The Journal of Physical Chemestry》, 《Journal of Computational Chemistry》, 《Spectrochimica Acta Part A》, 《Science China Chemistry》,《Colloids and Surfaces A: Physicochemical and Engineering Aspects》, 《Applied Organometallic Chemistry》,《Journal of Molecular Structure》,《Separation Science and Technology》《Diamond & Related Materials》,《Journal of Molecular Liquid》等审稿专家,国家一级刊物《化学学报》等审稿专家。2000-2012年任南华大学化学化工学院院长,2013-2017年任南华大学化学化工学院党委书记,2018年至今任南华大学教学督导团副团长。
近年来主持完成国家自然科学基金面上项目、科技部国际合作重点项目、湖南省自然科学基金、湖南省自然科学省市联合基金、湖南省科技厅科技计划项目、湖南省发改委、湖南省教育厅重点等科研课题12项。获湖南省自然科学二等奖1项、湖南省自然科学三等奖1项、湖南省科技进步三等奖1项、衡阳市科技进步二等奖1项。在国内外学术期刊发表学术论文130余篇,其中被SCI收录90余篇,EI收录10篇。其中有多篇被“Chemical Review” 期刊论文引用。
主持完成全国专业学位研究生教学指委教改课题1项、湖南省十二规划教改课题1项、湖南省学位与研究生教改重点课题1项、湖南省教育厅教研课题1项。获湖南省教学改革发展优秀成果一等奖1项、湖南省教学成果二等奖1项、湖南省教学成果三等奖2项、南华大学教学成果一等奖4项。主编国防科工委“十二五”规划研究生教材《计算化学》(北京理工大学出版社),主编《物理化学实验》本科生教材(吉林科学技术出版社)。副主编《物理化学》第3版和第4版(人民卫生出版社),副主编普通高等学校“十四五”规划工科教材《有机化学》第3版(华中科技大学出版社)。参编“十三五”国家规划教材《有机化学》(人民卫生出版社)、“十三五”国家规划教材《有机化学实验》(人民卫生出版社)及“十三五”国家规划教材《有机化学习指导与习题集》(人民卫生出版社)。近年来指导的研究生获湖南省优秀硕士学位论文4人,获湖南省研究生创新论坛优秀论文一等奖4篇。主讲《高等有机化学》、《计算化学》、《有机化学》、《物理化学》等课程。
